CLOSURES

The galleries and Shenson Research Room are closed on all Saturdays prior to Federal Holidays that fall on Monday, and for special events.

SPECIAL EVENT CLOSURE

The Gallery will be closed Thursday August 14 for a private event.

DIRECTIONS

The Museum is located on the fourth floor of the Veterans Building at the corner of Van Ness Avenue and McAllister Street, 401 Van Ness Avenue, next door to the San Francisco Opera House.

Mass Transit

The Museum is accessible from Muni (21 Hayes, 42 Downtown Loop, 47 Van Ness, 49 Van Ness) and from Muni Metro and Bart (Civic Center Station).

Driving
