Personnel

The Museum of Performance & Design is a federally recognized, privately operated not-for-profit governed by the rules and regulations required by the United States Internal Revenue Service and the Charitable Trusts office of the State of California Department of Justice.

Governance of the Museum is by the Board of Trustees, The Museum Foundation and The Museum Advisory Board.

The staff and volunteers of the Museum are under the supervision of the Director, David R. Humphrey, Ph.D. The Museum also relies on the assistance of the Trustees Emeritus and the Artists Advisory Council.
